DOUG
SPRINKLE
Doug graduated from UNC School of Pharmacy in Chapel Hill. He was Director
of Pharmacy Services for the Crown Drug chain of retail stores until
it was sold to Eckerd in late1993. He started BrookCare long-term pharmacy
in 1994 and is VP of Operations.
CALVERT
JEFFERIES
Calvert started with BrookCare in May 2007 as our Pharmacy Manager.
Calvert graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
in 1999 with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Prior to joining BrookCare,
Calvert worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for Eli Lilly
& Company, as well as the retail chain environment.
GUNAR
STOWERS
Gunar is an RPH who joined BrookCare in 2007.
He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma,
receiving his degree
in1991. He has extensive experience in retail pharmacy and hospital
pharmacy services. As a staff pharmacist at BrookCare, he is happy
to work directly with our clients to provide the best service and expert
answers to all their questions.
JEROME
TURCHIN
Jerome graduated from the School of Pharmacy at West Virginia University
in 1982. He went on to obtain his MBA/MHA from Pfeiffer University.
Jerome has worked in hospital, retail and long term pharmacy settings,
including functioning as a director of Pharmacy, owning his own Pharmacy
Consultant company and as a long term care Pharmacy Consultant. Jerome
joined BrookCare in February 2008 as one of our Staff Pharmacist.
SUE TAYLOR
Sue, who owned and operated Sheek-Taylor Drug Store in Yadkinville for
many years until her retirement, works part time
for BrookCare as a Staff Pharmacist. She graduated from the UNC-Chapel
Hill School of Pharmacy.
TONY DEANS
Tony graduated from University of North Carolina School of Pharmacy
in Chapel Hill in 1985 and holds a Master of Science in Pharmacy Administration
from Ohio State University. He has extensive experience in many phases
of pharmacy. Tony joined BrookCare in February 2005 as a Consultant
Pharmacist.
KRISTYN
SAPP
Kristyn graduated from UNC School of Pharmacy, Chapel Hill, with a doctorate
of Pharmacy in 2004. She joined BrookCare in February 2008 as a Consultant
Pharmacist. Kristyn brings with her a vast wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm.
She has extensive long term care experience and has worked on many quality
improvement projects including developing medication handouts for facility
residents.
ELIZABETH BYERS
Elizabeth joined BrookCare in April 2006 as staff/consultant pharmacist.
She graduated from Campbell University School of Pharmacy in 2001 with
a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Before joining BrookCare, Elizabeth worked
in retail pharmacy at CVS and served as Pharmacy Manager with Eckerd.
DEBI
NORMAN
Debi joined BrookCare in March of 2005. Debi graduated from the
University of South Florida with a degree in Communications, Marketing,
and Religion. From there she went on to obtain a degree as a Registered
Nurse, then became certified as a Nurse Practitioner. She has an extensive
background working with all types of long-term care facilities.
DEBBIE
WILLIAMS
Debbie joined BrookCare in August of 2006. Debbie attended St. Joseph
College in Indiana and majored in Communications and Psychology. Since
college Debbie has obtained her MT and CNA license, as well as her Assisted
Living Administrator license.
JASON
TURNER
Jason joined BrookCare in November of 2007. He
graduated from Winthrop University in 1992 with a BA in Business. He
has over nine years of sales experience. Most recently he worked for
a new start up Long Term Care Pharmacy in South Carolina.
